Pincites & Filevine
We met Ryan Anderson — Founder and CEO of Filevine — over a year ago when Filevine became a Pincites customer. What started as a product conversation quickly revealed shared convictions. We kept coming back to the same questions: why contract review is still so fragmented, why current solutions keep pulling lawyers out of where they already work, and why legal teams are forced to choose between speed and rigor.
As Filevine began using Pincites internally, those conversations deepened. It became clear we were solving different parts of the same problem. Pincites was bringing structure and intelligence to contract review. Filevine was building the operating intelligence system legal teams rely on to run their work.
Over time, our relationship evolved into a genuine alignment around the future of legal work. Same view of where legal work is broken. Same conviction that AI should reinforce judgment, not replace it. Same belief that contracts should be connected to the rest of the legal lifecycle, not handled in isolation.
